The more peace molecules, the quicker the expansion. Let’s do a thought experiment: Let’s imagine that little moments of peace, calm, inner satisfaction, gratitude, kindness, self-care, and so on are each “peace molecules.” In an autocatalytic peace system, these “peace molecules” aid in and speed up the process of the self-creation of more “peace molecules.” These additional molecules aid in and speed up the process even more, resulting in an ever-expanding network of peaceful molecules. A peaceful life is the result of letting peace become a collective autocatalytic system for you: Peace acts as a catalyst for peace. Collective autocatalytic systems are systems of interactions which are self-regenerated through the action of the very elements they generate. And in terms of process, this translates as speed: catalyzed reactions speed up creation. The very interesting point with catalytic molecules is that they speed up the very chemical processes which create them, leading to the creation of even more catalytic molecules, which are then in turn available to catalyze more reactions, and then more, and then more. More familiar are the enzymes that help catalyze our daily food digestion. In chemistry, we can see that certain chemicals play dual roles: they are ingredients in a reaction and catalysts for another reaction. ![]()
